It took nineteen years to become who I am today, not that who I am today is who I would like to be.I go by the alias Ashleenah online, and sometimes even Ashleenah-Page. I was born in a small city in Northland, Aotearoa (New Zealand) where I live with my parents and puppy. I'm currently a Jeweller Apprentice, but have applied to go to College to study Web Design.
I have an amazing boyfriend, Hannes who is helping me to get my life sorted. Even though he is a few years younger than me, he treats me like a princess. He will do anything to put a smile on my face, from buying me a bunch of roses, dresses or taking me out to lunch. I am a very lucky girl to have such a great guy like him.
The things I'm most passionate about are probably helping people and dancing. Not that many people would know I love to dance, as I haven't danced for quite some years now. When I was younger dancing was my life. I started to dance when I was about 2, and had to give up dance around the age of 11 or 12 due to illness. I wish I had of picked up on it again as I miss it dearly. I hope to start up again next year, if I have the spare money to do so.
I also enjoy to write. I love creative writing, which was my strength at school. I don't care much for other sorts of writing. I feel I should write more, but I don't have the motivation nor the belief in myself to do so. I'm hoping by blogging more often I will get more motivation to start writing again.
A few other things I enjoy include web design, photography, cooking/baking, playing Sims3 and wasting my time on the internet.
